Whats the Criteria to qualify?

 To qualify for a loan to finance your Cottage you must have: 

1. Australian residency :
   You must be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent resident visa.

2. Age requirement :
   Applicants must be 18 years or older to utilize finance services.
